Operational maintenance covers all the means and processes that are used, both comprehensively and partially, so as to ensure maximum availability of industrial facilities (equipment, telecoms system, etc.) during their period of use.

Operational maintenance and technical upgrades can be divided into two groups:

• preventive upgrade covers all the operations designed to prevent or curb deterioration, with the goal of maintaining your industrial facilities in working condition.
• corrective upgrade covers operations aiming to correct operation-induced damage or deterioration detected during maintenance work
