This means that the technical support teams at DUONS can analyse in real time the performances of the equipment, define maintenance needs and if needed provide equipment upgrades.
Thanks to its technical support team based in Clamart, France, DUONS provides a hotline support to respond to any emergencies clients may have. This hotline is available 24/7,365 days a year, for all our clients who have taken up an appropriate support contract.
DUONS further offers its expertise for the resolution of on-site difficulties. In such cases one-off missions can be carried out in agreement with the client, in order to re-establish the operator's service without delay.
Repairs
 DUONS has several repair centers (France, Australia, Mexico, Canada) and provides all the repairs to equipment from DUONS and its technical partners, in a cost-effective and timely manner.
